Fiber Laser Marking The LASF laser etching machine offers a number of innovative features.  This tabletop industrial laser marking system is fully laser-safe for the operator and provides the largest work area in its class.  The fiber laser, operates in the near infrared, at 1060-1070 nm.  Depending on throughput requirements, laser output power can be specified at 10, 20, 30, 50 or even 100 Watts.  This versatile platform can be configured with X-Y-Z PC controlled stages for part manipulation or for batch processing or a spindle stage for laser engraving of cylindrical parts.  Watch the laser marking video to see the system performing product identification.  Laser marking in three easy steps.

DPSS Laser Marking  The MP2, is the “All-in-One” laser marking machine.  For applications where throughput isn’t stringent, this 2W Diode Pumped Solid State (DPSS Laser) is well suited to process a wide range of materials.  It is ultra compact, measuring just 11″ x 6″ x 6″.  An optional enclosure is also available.

CO₂ Laser Marking  The LAS-CO₂ laser engraver provides an “All-in-One” construction using a powerful, 30 Watt air-cooled CO₂ laser.  The 10.6 µm wavelength is well suited for organics such as wood, leather and cardboard.  Additionally, materials such as glass, coated metals and many plastics are easily marked for direct part marking.  Watch the CO2 marking video to see the system used for permanent marking

Diode Laser Marking  The MP-Dots was designed for high speed packaging lines.  The system provides over 400 Watts in a 7×5 dot matrix character.  With the ability to mark on the fly, the MP-Dots can mark at over 500 feet per minute.  The all solid state design is virtually maintenance free with a lifetime anticipated to exceed 100,000 hours.  The system is used in food, pharmaceutical, beverage and personal care packaging.

Robotic Laser Marking  In partnership with the world leader in robotic automation, LNA provides a turn-key system based on the Fanuc LR Mate 200iD.  This sophisticated laser marking system can either be provided with a laser safe enclosure or integrated into an existing production environment.  Optional machine vision greatly extends the capabilities of this industrial laser marking system.  Watch the robotic laser marking video to see the system in action.
